Phase III Re-opening (by appointment only)
Welcome!
Richmond Hill is committed to providing every guest with the peace of mind to relax and enjoy their time with us, though visits are scheduled by appointment only.
Our Healthy ReOpening Team has diligently considered and implemented safety precautions, protocols, and sanitation standards recommended by the CDC and VDH, and in accordance with state, and city guidelines.
You will be welcomed by staff who have been fully trained on the importance of upholding the highest level of care and sensitivity toward the current circumstance which we find ourselves in.
All Staff members reporting for work are symptom free; and that is the standard for community residents and guests alike. At this time we are not allowing ‘drop-ins’. Please contact us for any planned visits you wish to schedule.
When you arrive:
- Visits are by appointment only.
- We expect that all guests entering Richmond Hill are healthy. If you have a fever, cough, respiratory illness, shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell or think you have been exposed to the Coronavirus, please postpone your visit until you have been symptom free for 14 days
- Face coverings must be worn at all times throughout our Campus – from when you exit your vehicle until you return to your vehicle to leave.
- Guests will be required to confirm a wellness status/statement.
- At this time, entering and exiting Richmond Hill is limited to the main courtyard front doors only.
During your stay:
- Outdoors: please maintain social distancing guidelines. Face coverings may be removed while in the Garden, however, if you come into contact with someone please put your mask on to converse. Also, it is mandatory that you put your face covering back on before you enter the building.
- Indoors: It is required that you wear your face covering when you are in all common areas and meeting rooms. Please maintain social distance from other guests and our staff as well.
- Dining: We are not currently providing meals and there is no self-serve coffee or tea. Residents will serve your beverages from the kitchen as needed.
We are taking this situation very seriously, knowing the anxiety it creates and the impact it may have on you. We ask for your patience and understanding as we take steps to protect and prevent the spread of this virus. We thank you for your cooperation in helping us to keep everyone safe and healthy.
