Richmond Hill Closed July 17-21, 2023
Dear Friends,
This morning we learned that a few residents of Richmond Hill have tested positive for Covid-19. They are isolating in their quarters and monitoring their symptoms, and we have every hope for their swift recovery. Other residents and staff are also monitoring their own health and will test as needed during the week.
As a result, Richmond Hill will be closed to visitors through Friday of this week; this could extend further depending on the situation and we will keep you informed. Non-resident staff will be working from home and can be reached via email if you need to communicate with them. Any scheduled meetings will be held by zoom.
Community worship and community dinner on Tuesday evening have been cancelled, as has the community lunch on Thursday. Prayer will continue three times daily and you are welcome to attend if you wish, entering through the doorway that opens directly onto Grace Street, although social-distancing and masking are strongly encouraged.
Please join us in prayer for the health and well-being of the residents, staff, volunteers, and all who are affected by these circumstances. We are confident that our loving God holds them tenderly in God’s hands. Grace and Peace!
