Meeting room charges are In addition to per person rates; a “segment” is part of all of a morning (9am-Noon), afternoon (1:00-4:00pm), or evening (7:00pm – 10:00pm).

For Example…
A church wants to hold an overnight deacon retreat for 25 people beginning Friday at 4pm and ending Saturday at 4pm. They will meet mostly as a large group with some time for individuals to do their own reflecting, and will also divide into two small groups Saturday morning.
One scenario is to reserve the West Room the entire time for large group gatherings and as a small group meeting space, and then an extra room Saturday morning for a second small group space. The suggested donation would be:
