News from the Richmond Hill Council

In August, Richmond Hill implemented an acting leadership structure, appointing Lorae Ponder as Acting Pastoral Director, and Tom Baynham and Sheryl Johnson as Acting Assistant Pastoral Directors. Initially planned for 90 days, their leadership has been so effective that the Council, in consultation with residents and staff, voted unanimously in September to keep the current structure in place as we discern and develop a plan for seeking permanent leadership.
