8-Week Grief Support Class is available
Tuesday Evenings, 7:30 – 9:00 pm, Sept. 23 through Nov.11, 2014
Sandy Gramling, Coordinator of Grief Ministries at Richmond Hill and psychology professor at VCU, is facilitating an 8 week grief support class which began Sept 23rd. We are using Alan Wolfelt’s book – Understanding Grief: Helping Yourself Heal. The support class is intended for those who have suffered the loss of a loved one. Whether the loss is recent or some time ago, many people benefit from the opportunity to explore how they think, feel, and process the grief journey with other people who have lost a loved one. We will explore some of the myths and facts about grief, the commonalities and uniqueness of our grief journey, being stuck, being “crazy” and other topics.
Suggested Donation: $120 with supper; $80 Class Only; Advance registration is strongly encouraged (Limit 12 people)
